Stephen G. Dent graduated from Harvard University with a BA and MBA and is not only a licensed CPA and investment banker, but is also the president of his own investment firm, Dent Inc.

Stephen’s career in finance has given him the opportunities to work in numerous financial and investment activities since 1982, after which time his focus has been solely on the areas of finance, investments and acquisitions.

Although Stephen now owns his own private investment firm, his career began when he worked for the prestigious, PricewaterhouseCoopers. After three-years with them, Stephen moved on to join Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. to work in their Mergers & Acquisitions Department. After gaining experience with Morgan Stanley, Stephen left to join the private investment partnership known as Rosenkranz & Company, where he managed acquisitions for the firm’s own account. In 1986, Stephen moved on to greener pastures when he started Dent Inc., an investment banking firm located in Greenwich, CT. At Dent Inc., Stephen serves as the company president and also oversees all of the company’s investment activities.

Ever since a boyhood trip to Hawaii, Stephen has loved marine life, and he spends his free time indulging his hobby as much as he can.
